Quality Assurance

Overview

The 2500 square foot TCI Quality Assurance Room is temperature controlled to 68°F ±1°F.

The room houses three coordinate measuring machines, including a Mitutoyo BRT-1220 CNC coordinate measuring machine with travels of X-79", Y-48", Z-40", and a resolution of .00002".

We take quality seriously. Significant investments have been made to maintain quality and consistency throughout our production process.

Because of our rigid quality standards, the dimensions and tolerances are guaranteed on every part we ship. We even make individual inspection reports available on finish-machined parts to help minimize incoming inspection.
