Overview

Using our +GF+ auto-straightener, premachined and ground blanks, sheared, stamped, fineblanked, and machined parts up to 7/16" thick and 29-1/2" wide can be economically flattened.

Precision Straightening Capacities to 58" x 144" and Thicknesses to 2-1/2"

Precision Flattening Aluminum within .0005" and Stainless within .00025".

Straightening processes allow for the use of minimum oversize stock prior to grinding. By having large plate straightened, thereby using the closest thickness possible, material costs and machining time are reduced.
