Quality Assurance

The 2,500 square foot TCI Quality Assurance Room is temperature controlled to 68°F ±1°F.

The room houses four coordinate measuring machines, including a Mitutoyo BRT-1220 CNC coordinate measuring machine with travels of X-79", Y-48", Z-40", and a resolution of .00002".

We take quality seriously. Significant investments have been made to maintain quality and consistency throughout our production process.

Because of our rigid quality standards, the dimensions and tolerances are guaranteed on every part we ship. We even make individual inspection reports available on finsh-machined parts to help minimize incoming inspection.

TCI has been ISO registered since March of 2001. We are committed to strict adherence to the ISO 9001:2000 standard. We are certified by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA).
