Machine-Ready Blanks: Nearly 100 pieces of specialized equipment are used to deliver material ready for finish machining. Ideal for turnkey manufacturing, TCI premachined blanks feature consistently tight dimensional, flatness, squareness, and parallelism tolerances. This eliminates the need for second operation fixtures and simplifies clamping. In addition, cycle times and tool changes are significantly reduced. Ultimately, TCI premachined blanks will keep your spindles running and your chips flying.

Production Machining: If you are looking to outsource machining operations, we have 26 machining and turning centers in operation. Parts as long as 166" and as wide as 77" can be machined in our vertical machining department, while our horizontal machining capabilities accommodate parts as large as 40" x 120". In addition, our in-house premachining capabilities afford us production efficiencies ordinary machining operations cannot achieve. The result is consistently high quality machining performed quickly and economically.
